The Summer of Me & Mine
Earlier this month we went on vacation. It was spent being absent & taking care of things from afar just as much as it was spent enjoying the time with my family and friends. It was an expensive lesson on prioritizing, life, my family and things I wasn't doing correctly. After about 100x of being told "put your phone down", "don't answer it", & "quit checking emails" from Chris and Crystal, it finally started to sink in. I keep my phone with me all the time. I use it to take pics & document, I use it to work, and I use it to work my MJ business....but having it with me all the time, also makes me accessible to the masses 24 hours a day. This Summer, I'm taking a step back and I'm going to reclaim my life. I'm going to be present more for those in my presence, and less for those on the other end of an email or phone call. I'm going to spend more time focusing on my family & close friends, and less trying to please ev...
